Craftmanship

...The net bag holes and string recess are deliberately narrow for added bow strength. The sweeping design of the upper handle designed for longitudinal balance. We end the bow laminations before the but of the handle to bring out the beauty of the walnut and to eliminate the single most common spot for  delamination on wood frames. Even our line which holds the net bag on the frame is smaller and stronger. We exclusively use White Oak (think boats and barrels) and Walnut for durability and beauty. Many hours go into each one and the most difficult thing about building them is letting them go.
